COMMISSION DEETS

𓆝𓂃 𓈒𓏸 TERMS OF SERVICE
(PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING ON TWT)

✦ Requests through vgen or twitter
✦ Complex Background and / or Detailed Characters will have additional Fees
✦Additional Characters are +20% of the base price
✦ 3 revisions and 1 modification for final piece
✦ I have the right to refuse and cancel when payment has not been received yet
✦ If there is a specific deadline that must be met, please let me know before I start the commission
✦ No refunds unless I am unable to finish or start it.
✦ I do not allow to use my art for generating AI images
✦ All information of both party regarding invoices and billing info such as real names, addresses, etc shall be kept confidential and shouldn't be leaked to anyone.

✦ Upfront Payment is done after the initial sketch
✦ There will be additional sales tax fees for currency conversion in Paypal and Vgen.

Base Price Is For Personal Use Only !!
✦ Please tell me in advance if you are going to use my artwork to promote a product or service before sketch phase starts.For commercial use !!
✦ Digital download/prints/merchandise/etc.. total price will be multiplied by 3
✦ Streaming/content use total price will be multiplied by 2

𓆝𓂃 𓈒𓏸 Deadlines and Delivery

✦ 4 weeks to 2 months (depends because I'm currently in college, please be patient with me)
✦ Rush Deadlines have an ADDITIONAL FEE

𓆝𓂃 𓈒𓏸 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ By default, I have the right to post the commissioned artworks online and include them in my portfolio.
✦ If the artwork is showcased or posted online, please give credit.
